Welcome to Phoenix Softball Photo Day!

Your photos are scheduled for Tuesday, May 16 at Hyatts Middle School from 6:00 - 8:00pm. Please check with your coaches to find out what time to come in. We will be photographing about 12 players every 15 minutes.

• Each player will start with our check-in table to pickup their name card and parents can ask questions, see samples of products, and process your order if ordering on-site.

• Paper order forms available day of photos along with online ordering prior to photo day - we HIGHLY recommend pre ordering online, this will whisk you through to the photo station.

• We will capture all players individually and digitally composite the teams.

• No need to wait for the entire team to arrive and players can leave after their photo is captured.

• Players are encouraged to arrive no more than a couple of minutes before their scheduled time to limit the number of people congregating.

• Even if not ordering all players need to stop at our check-in area before your picture to be part of the team picture. 

• Coaches will choose the backgrounds or the league will pick for all from sample designs.
