2023 Olentangy Little League
Welcome to Olentangy Little League Photo Day!
Your photos are scheduled for Saturday, April 29.
We will have a makeup date with a few slots May 6 from 2-4pm per the sign up genius below at Tyler Run. HIGHLY encourage everyone to make it out on April 29 when we are there all day!
Location: Tyler Run Elementary School shelter area by the playground - there is parking in the back of Tyler Run by the shelter house.
Sign up for a time slot for your photos here - and if your game is running long or gets done early just come over we will get you in. We know some games start early at 8:30 sign up for after your game.

All players need to bring their ball gear for pictures - glove or bat, shoes, hat, belt etc. Parents make sure your player is ready for their picture - tuck in their shirt, show the jersey number, clean up their face.

Each player will start with our check-in table to pickup their name card and parents can ask questions and see product samples.

Paper order forms available day of photos along with online ordering prior to photo day - we HIGHLY recommend ordering online, this will whisk you through to the photo station.

We will capture all players individually and digitally composite the teams. This is different than past years where you waited for the whole team. Not anymore!

No need to wait for the entire team to arrive and players can leave after their photo is captured.

Players are encouraged to arrive no more than a couple of minutes before their players schedule time to limit the number of people congregating.

Even if not ordering all players need to stop at our check-in area before your picture to be part of the team picture and sponsor gifts.
